- We will NOT change/correct any shipping details once the order is placed. If you have entered any incorrect information. We can cancel your order and you can place a new order with the correct information.
Shipping Information & Processing Times
Free Shipping is available for UK customers who spend £28+
Once you've placed your order we will immediately get to work on putting your keychain together and shipping it as soon as we can. Please be aware our product is in high demand and we receive a high volume of orders each restock. Please be patient whilst we make your keychain especially for you! It could take roughly 10-16 business days max to ship your order, this is due to every keychain being made custom to order Once its packed and processed it will move onto the shipping process.
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 service. Once the parcels are shipped they usually take 1-2 days to reach you. In the odd case parcels go missing please wait 10 days from the missed delivery before reporting the order as missing to us, as they can still be delivered up until that point, thank you.
If you haven't received your order and worried it may be lost, please contact us at support@igotyougirl.co.uk so we can assist you. It is very important to us that every customer receives the items they paid for with a great experience.
If an orders tracking is NOT marked as delivered and is lost we will replace it. It is important that everyone of our customers receives their order.🤍
Fraudulent Chargebacks
Every orders parcel information is stored in our system, we can see if a parcel has been delivered, no matter if a regular or tracked shipping method was used. Persons found giving false information about not receiving orders/products or fraudulently back charging payments will have legal action taken against them.

When you purchase you agree to our terms &conditions that you are responsible for using the products correctly and any consequences that may occur to you if you misuse them. Cancel / Issues with an Order
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. This is because every keychain is custom to order and made especially for you. We begin processing your order as soon as we get it as we only drop our collection twice a month.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products we can't always tell if they have been used so we cannot usually accept returns, however if we accept your return you will have to pay the shipping fees to return the item/s to us, so we can process your return. Please double check your cart before placing your order to make sure your happy with the items you want to purchase.

Data we collect, the data we collect is provided by you. The data you enter when using our website is stored in our Shopify system. We will not sell your data, it is simply used to complete and ship orders and contact you if necessary, for SMS/email marketing purposes.
